Erin Collier is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated in 2009 from Georgetown University and has been practicing medicine for 14 years. She has a background in internal medicine, primary care, urgency care, emergency/hospital medicine and geriatrics. She is passionate about wellness, health promotion and disease prevention. She believes in enhancing one's own natural features through injectables to feel your best and most confident. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her long term partner and two young children.

With over a decade spent caring for newborns in the NICU, she transitioned her skills seamlessly into the field of aesthetics two years ago. She is currently furthering her studies to become a Nurse Practitioner. Christy's dedication to mastering her craft is evident through her extensive training under industry leaders like Amy and other renowned aesthetic injectors. She finds immense joy in the transformative power of treatments like Botox and Dysport, harnessing them to help clients achieve their desired aesthetic goals. Additionally, Christy is deeply passionate about the rejuvenating effects of Microneedling with PRF, considering it a favorite among her repertoire of services. With her blend of expertise and genuine care for her clients, Christy is committed to helping individuals look and feel their best.

Christy Arias not only excels in the world of aesthetics but also finds balance and joy in her personal life. When she's not busy perfecting her craft with injectables or administering rejuvenating treatments, you can often find her on the sports field alongside her husband and three children.

Neyda is our bilingual nurse and speaks fluent Spanish and English. 10 years ago Neyda entered the realm of healthcare as a LPN. 5 years into that journey, Neyda transitioned to the plastic surgery and aesthetics industry. Since then, she has honed her skills and expertise through training under industry luminaries such as Amy, alongside other esteemed injectors nationwide. Neyda's passion lies in the artistry of facial aesthetics, and she thrives on the opportunity to combine various modalities to achieve comprehensive facial balancing. She particularly enjoys the transformative effects of treatments like PRF ezGel, utilizing them to help her clients achieve their desired look with natural, harmonious results.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Neyda finds joy in the company of her husband and two daughters. Together, they embrace a love for travel, exploring new destinations around the world, and savoring the culinary delights of different cultures. With her blend of expertise, passion, and zest for life, Neyda embodies the essence of holistic wellness and beauty.

Whether she’s introducing patients to new services or ensuring everything runs smoothly at the front desk, Rana plays an essential role in creating the warm, seamless experience our patients love.
Outside the practice, Rana enjoys spending quality time with her family and three children, exploring new restaurants across the DMV, and jetsetting to new destinations whenever she can.

From overseeing daily operations with Cathleen to managing HR, answering phones, and even covering the front desk, Angela truly does it all. Her leadership and hands-on approach help keep the practice running smoothly while preserving its warm, family-centered atmosphere. Outside the office, Angela loves cheering on her kids at their sporting events or spending quality time with Amy.

With a passion for aesthetics and an eye for detail, Cathleen brings creativity and structure to Amy Aesthetics & Wellness®. As Director of Marketing and Operations, she works side by side with Angela to manage the flow of daily life at the office—while also keeping the brand’s voice, visuals, and vibe beautifully aligned. Having worked in the aesthetics world on and off since 2011, she’s a true believer in the power of beauty and wellness.
When she’s not behind the scenes planning your next favorite reel, you’ll find her out and about in Northern Virginia or D.C. with her husband, two children, and her trio of furry companions—two dachshunds and a cat, all affectionately named after Harry Potter characters.
