Amy Herrmann is a board-certified nurse practitioner, aesthetic artist, and the visionary founder behind Amy Aesthetics and Wellness®, one of Northern Virginia’s fastest-growing and most celebrated medical spas. With a foundation in surgical medicine and a passion for integrative health, Amy blends science, artistry, and intention to create personalized aesthetic and wellness plans that help clients look radiant—and feel even better.
A leader in her field, Amy is known for her precise, natural-looking results and her commitment to whole-person care. Since 2022, she has served as a national trainer for Galderma, educating medical providers across the country on advanced injection techniques and the science behind the aesthetic industry’s most trusted products. Her hands-on expertise and passion for education have positioned her as a go-to resource in the aesthetics community.
From advanced injectables and innovative laser therapies to functional wellness services like vitamin shots and hormone support, every offering at her practice is curated with clinical excellence and soul.
Since opening in 2022, Amy Aesthetics and Wellness® has earned nearly 300 five-star reviews, was voted Best Medical Spa in Loudoun County, awarded Best Injector and Best Place to Work by Ashburn Magazine, and grown from a two-room suite into a 2,000 sq ft wellness destination with seven treatment rooms and a passionate, highly trained team.
Amy recently completed her Family Nurse Practitioner degree while scaling her business and raising two daughters who are both avid equestrians. She runs the practice alongside her sister and COO, who has been instrumental in the growth and culture of the business. As her lifelong mentor and closest confidant, their partnership brings heart, strategy, and strength to every aspect of the brand.
When she’s not treating patients or mentoring her team, you’ll find Amy hiking local trails, practicing yoga, or giving back to causes that uplift her community. Through quarterly team fitness events and educational outreach, she cultivates a culture of wellness that starts within and radiates outward.
